I’m having trouble keeping up with it too. Though some sites have lists of all their articles about SDCC this is not always helpful as most sites were pumping out dozens of articles a day and real exciting news can get lost in panel coverage of opinion pieces.
Here are some helpful lists:
IGN Articles (Please note that since IGN is trying to be a catch-all site all gaming, tv, and movie news is also in that gigantic mess of articles)
Those have HUNDREDS of articles listed. Especially in IGN’s case. So to help you out, I have listed the 12 really interesting things that were announced or seen at Comic Con.
You can check it out after the jump.
All pieces have as many links to articles on the 3 previously mentioned sites as I could fit. If you need more info on any of these pieces you can follow the links.
1) Warren Ellis will be writing Astonishing X-men! With Simone Bianchi on art.
2) Grant Morrison will be writing Final Crisis with J.G. Jones on art! (Also with issue 26 the title of Countdown will change to Countdown to Final Crisis)
3) Mark Waid to become E-I-C of Boom Studios
4) Video of what The Hulk will look like in the new film starring Edward Norton.
5) Kevin Smith will be writing and directing an episode of the new Heroes TV Mini-series (not the main Heroes series)

12) The writers and artists behind the new weekly Amazing Spiderman title are revealed. (Editors note: the title is ‘mostly’ weekly. It’ll come out 3 times a month not 4 and not 5 if a month has 5 Wednesdays)
Writing:
· Dan Slott (Avengers: The Initiative, She-Hulk)
· Bob Gale (Back to the Future trilogy writer/producer)

I don’t find all of those things exciting. But those are the 12 things you should know. However, I can tell you what I do find exciting. Warren Ellis on Astonishing X-men! Grant Morrison on Final Crisis! Sweet!
